They’re not just importers—they operate their own dealership too, which meant their digital presence needed to reflect their professionalism on the ground and the trust they’ve built with their clients. 🫶

When the company director reached out, the request was clear: create a sharp, modern website that acts like a digital business card but feels functional and easy to navigate. After conducting in-depth business interviews and diving into user research, we designed a mobile-first experience tailored to their audience—90% of whom visit the site on their phones. Whether someone’s browsing available cars, checking auction updates, or using one of the calculators, the site feels smooth, fast, and purposeful.

We tackled this from both a strategic and hands-on technical perspective. Our scope included:

Outcome
The finished site delivers a polished, high-performing user experience that supports both Top Auto’s customers and internal team.
We launched a fast, mobile-first platform that adapts well across all devices. Thanks to careful planning and testing, the vehicle catalog includes a lightning-fast filtering system—users can navigate listings without lag or confusion.
To support decision-making, we built branded calculators that help visitors estimate loans and customs fees in real time. The site automatically switches to a dark theme after 6 PM too, which adds comfort for users browsing at night.
Internally, the team benefits from a Chrome extension that saves time with a single-click tool to copy auction slot info—cutting repetitive steps from their daily routine.
With over 35 pages live and more still being added, the Top Auto website has become a cornerstone of their expanding digital presence.
