Project scope
When Hilhut came to us with their vision of making vacation home booking in Ukraine effortless and exciting, we knew we were in for a good ride.
They wanted a platform where property owners could list beautiful getaways, and travelers could easily find and book their next escape. Simple idea? Sure. But it needed the right team to make it feel just as smooth as a weekend in the Carpathians.
So we got to work.
Outcome
We designed and built a site that feels light, easy, and intuitive—just like a great vacation should. Owners can register, list their properties, and manage everything from a personal dashboard. Travelers get powerful filters to find exactly what they want, a favorites list to save dream spots, and even a built-in chat to connect directly with hosts.
Every feature was crafted with the Hilhut vibe in mind: clean, personal, and ready for adventure.

Technology
To bring Hilhut to life, we started with Figma and Miro for discovery, collaboration, and rapid prototyping—keeping the user journey front and center.
The site runs on WordPress with flexible ACF blocks for easy content updates, while custom JavaScript and CSS add that extra layer of smooth, interactive magic.
