Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Because fitness knows no limits, we are excited to share Boonband with the world and want to ensure our products are accessible to everyone, everywhere. Depending on the address details you provide for shipping at checkout, we will choose the method of delivery that is most appropriate for your order. Please consider that although we are making international delivery available to you for free, any additional customs clearance charges that may apply in your country are not our responsibility. To avoid incurring additional charges upon delivery, please refer to your local customs on what the duty-free limit is in your country.
When will I receive my order?
We do our best to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible. Because we ship internationally, shipping times vary depending on where you live. On average it takes between 7 to 15 business days post checkout to receive an international order. Please be advised however that in some cases depending on your destination and due to high demand, shipping times may be further delayed. In any case, not to worry, once your order is sent/shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can apply your tracking number to the “Track Order” section in this website to check the status of your delivery.
